These terms apply to your use of theflowerintelligence.com. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The site is run by Anna Unger, founder of Flower Intelligence and Desigfy, based in the United States. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Anna Unger and Flower Intelligence. You can reach us at anna@desigfy.com.

This website tells you about the Flower Intelligence method, the seven flowers, the work with Desigfy and interior designers, and the book What Flower Are You?, and it lets you join the list for early access and launch news and take the Flower Map assessment. It has no user accounts and sells nothing directly.

Flowers describe needs, not personalities. Flower Intelligence and the Flower Map are a reflective design-discovery tool, not a psychological test. Your result is for your own reflection. Nothing here is professional design, architectural, medical, psychological or legal advice, or a diagnosis. For decisions about your health, your safety or building work, please ask a qualified professional.

Please give accurate details, and only your own or details you are allowed to share. Please don’t send confidential or sensitive information. The Flower Map is only for people aged 18 or older, answering for themselves. Joining the list is only for people aged 13 or older, or 16 or older in the European Union. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle what you send.

When you use this site, please don’t:

• use it for anything unlawful;
• try to break, overload or get around its security;
• copy the site or its content in bulk, including with automated tools or to train AI systems;
• pretend to be someone else, or send spam through its form.

The texts, the seven flowers with their names and descriptions, the drawings, photographs and films, the book cover and the design of this site belong to Anna Unger and Flower Intelligence, or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. Please don’t use any of them without our written permission.

You are always welcome to share a link to any page, and to quote a short passage with credit to Anna Unger and a link to this site.

This site links to websites we don’t run, such as YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, their terms or how they handle your data.

We work to keep the site correct, safe and online, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. Dates, details and availability can change.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on this site. If you misuse the site and that leads to a claim against us, you are responsible for it, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the European Union or the UK, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country, and you can bring a claim in the courts where you live.

We may update this site and these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page when you use the site is the one that applies.

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term straight away, we can still do so later. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of this site.
